Experiential Learning in a Virtual World
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and not sure how to navigate this “the virtual world”.
Feel like a Zoombie ( Zoom Zombie) and your workshop goers feel the same way.
One Zoom meeting or workshop after the next?
If you’re anything like me, you love the work you do and you know you have to figure out how to adapt.
I am a game-based practitioner and I honestly got stuck. How do I bring my game-based (no/low tech) experience into a virtual world? Here is my confession I created my programs to use no tech because it was about human connection and creating space where people can work together as a team.
For over 5 years, I have been designing and creating experiences that build trust, commitment accountability, and results to teams. People had fun and brought their work into the experience in a new way.
I used to believe that technology not the way of creating team connection, but then 2020 happened… and You know what happened.
So I realized the thing I tell my clients I had to tell myself “Adapt or die!” I know sounds harsh but it’s true we have to change we have to adapt, or we are left behind or worst gone.
I started to experiment with my friends, clients, and colleagues which has led to so many lessons, insights, and even a completely new outlook on technology and connection.
My goal is to share this with you.
If you join me for 7 weeks 2hrs once a week I will take you a fun exciting journey You will not regret taking this unique opportunity to upgrade your facilitation skills.
My goal is to show that what you think is impossible is possible. Yes, you can leverage technology to create highly engaging and unique online experiences that help teams/groups connect, collaborate, and co-create results.
Online events and virtual workshops are not going to go away! This is the future of business. Yes, we will have in-person workshops but we will be moving to a blended future So let’s create programs that can transformations for your business or business unit.
